公路、铁路跨越江河 ,是建桥还是修建水下隧道 ,争论颇多。本文着重从抗御战争灾害、自然灾害、环境灾害 ,特别是在高科技时代 。
There is a great deal of controversy about whether to build bridge or underwater tunnel for highway or railway across rivers. The vitality and superiority of underwater tunnel is discussed mainly from the viewpoint of defense against modern war, resistance to natural and environmental disasters. In particular, elimination of modern war disaster in high science and technology times was discussed.
