渤海湾跨海通道建设的紧迫性及现实条件和初步方案 被引量:17

摘要 渤海湾跨海通道重大课题于2012年由中国工程院立项研究.在文献调查和实地踏勘的基础上,分析渤海湾跨海通道建设的紧迫性及基本建设条件.从国家战略出发考察通道沿线及旅顺和蓬莱两地登陆点,听取两地干部群众意见和建议.经调研,渤海湾跨海通道建设需求紧迫;宜采取深埋式"全隧道"方案,横断面采用双洞加一辅助洞;应采用铁路驼背式运输方案;根据需要可在南长山岛留客运竖井出入口;山东半岛登陆点宜选在蓬莱东港,辽东半岛登陆点宜选在旅顺老铁山角.根据已有地理信息数据给出三条全隧道线路的平面图与纵断面图,为下一步研究提供参考. Key projects of Bohai Strait cross-sea channel have been planned by China engineering academy in 2012.Based on literature research and in-situ exploration,urgency and fundamental construction conditions of Bohai Strait cross-sea channel are expounded.From the perspective of national strategy,lines and landing points in Lushun and Penglai are investigated.Views and advices of local cadres and the masses in the two cities are listened.As a result,construction requirement of Bohai Strait cross sea channel is urgent.The channel should take the plan of whole deep tunnel and the tunnel cross section should be the way of double main whole and one auxiliary whole.The means of railway piggybacked conveyance should be adopted.Shaft entrance can be set in South Changshan Island for passenger and freight transport according to the need.Landing point in Shandong Peninsula and in Liaodong Peninsula should be set in Donggang of Penglai and in Laotieshan cape in Lushun.Meanwhile three lines of the whole tunnels are draft,their plane graphs and profile graphs are given according to existing geographic information data.These results can provide references for the further research.
