摘要
本文分析了天然气燃料及燃烧生成烟气特点,介绍了整体型冷凝锅炉,提出了新型烟气冷凝热能回收装置。通过理论分析与实验研究,得到烟气冷凝的特点。利用锅炉给水或其它用水冷却天然气锅炉的排烟,实现部分水蒸汽冷凝,降低锅炉排烟温度,回收物理显热的同时,回收部分汽化潜热,利用高低位发热量差的能量,明显提高天然气锅炉热效率。
The concentration of natural gas and properties of wet flue gas were analyzed. The classical condensing boiler was introduced and new kind of panal condensing apparatus for wet flue gas was suggested. The condensing character of wet flue gas was obtained through theoretical and experimental research. When wet flue gas was anied its temperature was decreased and partial vapor was condensed in certain condition. The latent heat by vapor in the gas was utility and thermal efficiency of the natural boiler was increased greatly.
