摘要
以天然气作为燃料的火管锅炉虽然结构简单、占地面积小,有利于降低环境污染,但排烟温度普遍较高,在改善环境的同时增大了能源的消耗。如何降低火管锅炉的能耗已成为大众关心的课题。通过锅炉改造实例,介绍了加装节能器的理念和方法,供业内人士参考。由于锅炉使用单位设定了加装节能器的边界条件,节能器的节能效果受到一定的限制,该节能器的节能率为3%。根据计算,将节能器高度提高1 m,采用翅片式扩展受热面,锅炉排烟温度可在120℃左右,节能率可达5%~10%。
Natural gas-fired fire-tube boilers are simple in construction, require only a small floor area, and are beneficial to reduce environmental pollution. Nevertheless, the exhaust flue gas temperature of them is generally high, which will increase energy consumption, How to reduce the fire-tube boiler energy consumption has therefore improvement case, the idea and methods for installing become a public concern. With a boiler energy-saving devices were introduced in this paper. As the boiler user had set the boundary conditions for installing energy saving devices, the energy-saving effect of them was subject to certain restrictions and the energy-saving rate was only 3%. According to calculations, the boiler exhaust gas temperature can be controlled at around 120~C and the energy-saving rate can reach 5% to 10%, if the height of the energy-saving device increases by 1 m and fin type extended heating surfaces are used.
