摘要
目的探讨HSP27,HSP70和HSP90α在肝细胞癌(HCC)中的表达及其意义.方法采用免疫组化技术对44例HCC和癌旁组织中HSP27,HSP70和HSP90α的表达进行检测结果 HCC和癌旁组织中HSP27阳性率分别为18%和30%,HSP70阳性率分别为68%和27%,HSP90α阳性率分别为63%,和23%.HCC中HSP70和HSP90α阳性率明显高于癌旁组织(x_1~2=7.3,x_2~2=7.8,P<0.01.而HSP27阳性率变化不大(X^2=1.6,P>0.05).HSP70和HSP90α在分化较好和分化不良的HCC中的阳性率分别为54%,85%和50%,80%,两者相比差异显著(X_1~2=4.5,X_2~2=4.2,P<0.05),但与癌周淋巴细胞浸润(X_1~2=3.2,X_2~2=1.4,P>0.05)和转移(X_1~2=2.3,X_2~2=2. 7,P>0.05)无关结论 HCC是HSP70和HSP90α高表达肿瘤.HSP70和HSP90α与HCC分化有关,在HCC发生和发展中起重要作用.
AIM To invetstigate the expression and significance of heat shock protein 27 (HSP 27), HSP70 and HSI90α in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). METHODS HSP27, HSP 70 and I-ISP90α were determined in specimens of 44 cases of HCC and tumor-surrounding tissues by immunohistochemistry. RFSULTS The positive rates of HSP 27 were 18% and 30% in HCC and tumor-surrounding tissues respectively, HSP 70 were 68% and 27%, and HSP90α were 63% and 23%. The positive rates of HSP 70 and HsP90α in HCC were higher than that in tumor-surrounding tissues (X_1~2=7. 3, X_2~2=7. 8, P<0. 01), but HSP27 was lightly changed (X^2= 1. 6, P>0. 05). The positive rates of HSP70 and HSP90α were 54%, 85% and 50%, 80% in well-differenciated HCC and poorly-differenciated HCC respectively, there were significant correlation between them (x_1~2=4. 5, x_2~2=4. 2, P<0. 05), but they were not associated with tumor lymphocyte infiltration (X_1~2=3. 2, X_2~2=1. 4, P>0. 05) and tumor histological grade (X_1~2=2. 3, X_2~2=2. 7, P>0. 05). CONCLUSION Expression of HSP70 and HSP90α is high in HCC, which are closely correlated to differenciation of HCC, and may play an important role in the genesis and development of the cancer.
