摘要
目的 :探讨外固定架治疗尺桡骨远端粉碎性不稳定性骨折的有效性和适应证。方法 :采用AO外固定架治疗尺桡骨骨折 15例。结果 :经平均 10个月随访 ,复位质量优 12例、良 2例、可 1例 ;并发症 1例。结论 :(1)AO外固定架是治疗尺桡骨远端粉碎性不稳定性骨折的一种方便、有效的方法 ,并可早期功能调整和训练。 (2 )对固定欠稳定的复杂、难复位性骨折切开复位内固定提供方便。并可术后调整复位 ,有效避免并发症。 (3)骨折局部皮肤损伤或皮肤质量差的为最佳适应证。
Objective: To discuss the clinical results and influential factors of the use of AO external fixation in the treatment of comminuted distal fractures of the ulna and radius. Method: We analyzed the results of 15 cases of distal fracture of the ulna and radius treated with AO external fixor. Result: The patients were followed up for 10 months on average. 12 patients got excellent results, 2 patients got good results, 1 case got fair result, 1 patient developped complications. Conclusion: (1) The treatment of distal fracture of the ulna and radius with AO external fixor is appropriate and simple. Patients can do early postoperative functional adjustment and mobilization. (2) AO external fixor makes the open reduction and internal fixation of the complicated and refractory fractures easy and can be adjusted postoperatively, thus the complications can be avoided effectively. (3) The best indications for AO external fixor are the fractures with local skin injury or with poor skin.
