摘要
目的:分析采用微型钢板治疗复杂尺桡骨远端骨折临床疗效及远期疗效。方法:对63例复杂的尺桡骨远端骨折采用微型钢板进行内固定治疗。结果:全部病例随访10个月,优良率为95.2%。结论:采用微型钢板对复杂的尺桡骨远端骨折近期疗效具有良好的临床效果,能较好的防止骨折畸形愈合和保护腕关节功能。但是,有少数患者远期疗效会出现腕不稳。
Objective：To analyse the clinical observation and long-term efficacy of mini-plate for treatment of complex distal radius fractures.Methods：63 cases of complex distal radius and ulna fracture with a miniature steel plate fixation.Results：All patients were followed up for 10 months,the excellent rate was the excellent rate was 95.2%.Conclusion：The use of mini-plate of complex fractures of the distal radius ulnar short-term effect with good clinical results can be better to prevent the fracture mal-union and protection of the wrist joint function.However,a few long-term effects occur in patients with carpal instability.
