摘要
运用滋膵通脉胶囊治疗糖尿高粘血症并脑循环障碍 94例 ,并与西药治疗的 48例作了对比 ,结果表明滋膵通脉胶囊的疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,有效率达 94.68% ,其降血糖、降血酯、降低血液粘滞度的作用均比对照组明显 ,并对TXB2 、PGI2 平衡系统有双向调节作用 ,对脑血流动力学有一定的影响。
To treat 94 cases of diabetic hyperviscosity blood and cerebral circulatory dysfunction with ZICUITONGMAI Capsule (treatment group) and by contrast, to treat another 48 cases with western medicine (control group). The study reveals that ZICUITONGMAI Capsule has a much better curative effect than western medicine (P<0.01) with an effective rate of 94.68%, an apparent better effect in lowering blood sugar, fat and hyperviscosity, a bidirectional regulating effect on TXB2, PGI2 balance system and a certain effect on cerebral blood hydromechanics.
