摘要
目的:探讨滋膵通脉饮治疗糖尿病性冠心病的临床疗效。方法:将97例糖尿病冠心病患者随机分为治疗组65例与对照组32例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服滋膵通脉饮;主要观察两组治疗前后心绞痛发作次数、血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及凝血指标的变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);且治疗组在降低FPG、2hPG、HbA1c水平和血液粘滞度等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:滋膵通脉饮治疗糖尿病性冠心病具有较好的疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect on diabetic coronary heart disease treated by Zicui Tongmai decoction. Method： 97 cases were randomly divided into 65 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group. Cases in the control group were treated with western routine therapy and cases in the treatment group treated by Zicui Tongnmi decoction on the basis of western routine therapy. The changes of frequency of angina pectoris, blood glucose, blood fat, glycosylated hemoglobin, insulin resistance index and blood clotting index were mainly observed. Results ： The total effective rate in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. FPG,2hPG, HbAlc and blood viscosity were decreased markedly in the treatment group as compared with that in the control group（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Zicui Tongmai decoction had good effect for diabetic coronary heart disease.
