摘要
目的 总结电视腹腔镜施行胆囊切除术并发症的预防及处理的体会。方法 回顾分析本院电视腹腔镜施行胆囊切除术 837例 ,各类并发症共 31例的发生 ,处理及预防的体会。结果 胆总管损伤 3例 ,胆囊癌中转手术 4例 ,胆囊动脉出血中转手术 4例 ,脑血管意外死亡 2例 ,肝总管穿孔再次手术 1例 ,肠梗阻再次手术 1例 ,黄疸 1例 ,胆囊床积脓 4例 ,腹膜炎 6例 ,皮下气肿 5例。结论 严格的术前检查、有经验的手术医生和规范的手术程序可大大减少腹腔镜胆囊切除术的并发症。
Objective Reviewing 31 cases of complications of LC(Laparoscopic Cholecysteomy),suming up the experiences of prevention and treatment of the complications.Methods retrospecting 31 cases of various kinds of complications(why occuring and how to handle and how to prevent).Results 4 cases of mgury of common bile duct;4 cases of bile cyst artery hemorrhage;4 cases of cancer of bile syst,2 cases of cerebral hemorrhage;1 cases of common bile duct perforation after operation;1 cases of intestinal block;4 cases of empyemata of gall bladder bed;6 cases of peritonitis;1 cases of jaundice;5 cases of subcutaneous emphysema.Conclusion Strict medical examinations before operation,experienced operation team,deep understand of anatomy and pathology of gall bladder diseases reduces the complications of LC.
