腹腔镜胆囊切除术胆道损伤术中修复4例分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术胆道损伤术中修复情况。方法：对我院开展腹腔镜手术前2 a腹腔镜胆囊切除术309例中胆管损伤病例进行分析,发现各种原因胆管损伤4例,均为手术现场发现并中转开腹手术,行一期修复、吻合、支架引流等措施治疗3～6个月,横断伤者应用肾上腺皮质激素2个月。结果：4例均治愈。结论：腹腔镜胆囊切除术有较高的胆管损伤率,术中及时发现并胆管修复是治疗成功的关键。
