摘要
目的 :研究大蒜素对犬心肌缺血再灌注的血流动力学影响。方法 :制作犬钳闭冠状动脉缺血再灌注模型。分组观察统计给药前、阻断前、复灌前、复灌 30min、12 0min心输出量、左室内压和Δdp dt、主动脉血压。结果 :大蒜素降低复灌后 30min的主动脉收缩压、平均动脉压、左室收缩压、+dp dt、-dp dt和心脏做功。结论 :大蒜素能够降低冠脉灌注压和心脏负荷 。
Objective:Study on Garlicin's effect on hemodynamics of experimental myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in dog. Methods:Model of ischemia reperfusion injury was made by clamping coronary artery in dog. The observed items in different group include heart rate (HR),cardiac output(CO),left ventricular pressure,Δdp/dt and aorta pressure at the different time\_\_before administration,coronary blood flow stop,reperfusion and 30 minutes,120 minutes after reperfusion. Results:Garlicin lowered aorta systolic blood pressure,mean arterial blood pressure,left ventricular systolic pressure,+dp/dt\,-dp/dt and work of heart at 30 minutes after reperfusion. Conclusion:Garlicin might prevent ischemia reperfusion injury by lowering reperfusion pressure and reducing loads of heart.
