摘要 大蒜素对各种致聚剂诱导血小板聚集的影响的结果显示:大蒜素能抑制血小板聚集功能,但对洗涤后血小饭聚集无抑制作用。大蒜素对血小板聚集抑制率具有血浆浓度依赖性。从而表明其抑制效应可能是通过血浆因素而间接发挥的。 The effect of allicin on the aggregation of platelet induced by some aggregative agents has been investigated.It has been shown that some aggregative agents can't induce aggregation of platelet in the present of allicin ,but washed platelet be not inhibited by allicin.The platelet aggregation inhibited by allicin depended on the concentration of plasma.The results indicate thai allicin plays indirect inhibi- tion effect on the aggregation of platelet by some plasma factors.
