摘要
目的 :研究生地对特发性肺间质纤维化 (IPF)基质重建调控作用的机理。方法 :采用博莱霉素气管内注入法复制大鼠IPF模型。随机分组 ,EnvisionSystem法免疫组化染色 ,单盲法半定量分级 ,Ridit检验。结果 :生地组肺组织内均仅有少量的ColⅢ沉积 ,第 7d时与模型组相比有差异 ,第 30d时与模型组无差异。生地组肺组织的TGF β1R在第 7d、30d时均大量存在 ,与模型组相比有差异。结论 :生地对IPF基质重建的调控作用是通过抑制细胞因子TGF β1。
Objective: To study the machanism of the adjustment to the matrix rebuilding of the idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) by Shengdi. Method: IPF was induced in rats by intratracheal instillation of bleomycin. Groups were set randomly. Col Ⅲ and TGF β 1R were immunohistochemically stained with Envision System. The single blind procedure. half quantitative analysis and Ridit test were used. Result: The ColⅢ in Shengdi group was only sprinklly deposited on day 7 and 30. By Ridit test, it showed the difference to the contral group on day 7 except day 30. At the same time, the TGF β 1R in Shengdi group sustained generously and also showed the difference to the control group on both day 7 and 30. Conclusion: Adjustion ColⅢ deposition by restraining the TGF β 1, it is the machanism about the effect of Shengdi to treat the matrix rebuilding of IPF.
