摘要
目的 :通过小柴胡汤抗HBV的作用 ,探讨其“扶正祛邪”的组方机理及其抑制HBV的疗效差异。方法 :将中药小柴胡汤分成全方组、半方组和柴胡单味组 ,观察 3组药物在 2 2 15细胞培养中抗HBV的不同作用。结果 :3组药物对 2 2 15细胞上清中HBsAg和HBeAg分泌均有一定抑制作用 ,全方组对HBsAg和HBeAg的治疗指数 (TI)分别可达 5 15和 3 0 0 ,半方组对HBeAg的TI为 4 13,而单味组TI较低 ,抑制作用不明显。结论
Objective:Through the function of Xiao Chai Hu Tang inhibit HBV,investigate its principal of formation of “support vital Qi and eliminating pathogens” and its theroputic effect of inhibit HBV. Method: grouping as the whole formula group,half of the formula group and simple herb of Chai Hu group,observe the different function of inhibit HBV in supernate of 2215 cell. Result:Three different groups of herbs Xiao Chai Hu Tang can inhibit HBsAg and HBeAg in supernate of 2215 cell,but the effect of the whole formula is more outstanding,its therapeutic index (TI) is 5.15 and 3.00,TI of half of the formula is 4.13,TI of simple herb of chai Hu group is low,menifest its function of inhibit HBV is weak. Conclusion:The whole formula's function of inhibit HBV is more effective than that of half of the formula and simple herb in vivo.
