摘要
对熔模精密铸造模料的流变特性和充型过程进行了分析 ,确立了模料充型过程数值模拟的数学模型。利用计算机数值模拟技术 ,建立了相关的软件系统。对端盖铸件的蜡模成型过程进行了模拟 。
The rheological behavior and mold filling process of wax materials in investment casting were analyzed. The mathematical model for numerical simulation of wax material during mold filling process was established. The relevant software system was founded based on computer numerical simulation. The results of simulation for cap casting wax pattern during mold filling process are coincident with the experimental verification.
