摘要
以鲁薯 7号和鲁薯 8号脱毒甘薯试管苗为材料 ,进行了不同载体培养技术研究。试验采用棉纤维 (液固相 )、固体 (固相 )和液体 (液相 ) 3种培养基 ,在以棉纤维为载体的培养体系中 ,试管苗生长速度快 ,植株生长健壮 ,整个生长状况明显高于液相和固相 ,相对于固相而言 ,可节约 3 0 %以上的成本。
The main purpose of this experiment is to select suitable culture technique system of sweet potato virus free.Using different culture carriers which are cotton fibers,agar and liquid,we found the growth potential is higher than agar and liquid in the system of cotton fibers by observation the development trends of test tube plant in the different periods of growth.The plant cells have enough time to exchange ion. Additionally the fibers put in order uniform and intersect,it ensures plenty nutrient ion for the cells.The test tube plant is healthy and strong in the system of cotton fibers carrier.
