摘要
建立了Z型布置时集管系统压力与流量分布的数学模型 ,在对微分方程进行无量纲化的过程中导出了一个重要的综合性无量纲性能参数。方程解的结果表明利用这个综合参数可以快速确定在联箱摩擦阻降相对很小条件下集管系统的流量分布状态和总压降 ;对集管系统采用Z型与U型布置导致的流量分布特性的差异作了分析 ;
An analytical model of pressure and flowrate distributions for a Z type manifolds system was established in this paper. A useful dimensionless parameter was derived from differential equations by the nondimensionalized method.The flowrate distribution and total pressure drop in the system could be quickly determined by use of the dimensionless parameter upon condition in which the frictional effect in the manifolds was relatively small.An analysis was made for the differences in the flowrate distribution characterastics between Z type and U type arrangements.The results of the paper are useful for design and performance estimation of those manifolds systems with pressure recovering characteristics.
