An Analysis of the Uniformity of Flow in Parallel Pipeline Model

摘要 流体在并联管组模型中流动的均匀性问题具有非常广泛的应用背景,U型分布和Z型分布是实际工程中经常使用的经典并联管组模型.针对这两种模型中各种参数对于流动均匀性的影响,进行了数值模拟.模拟结果表明:总管截面积与支管截面积的比值对于两种并联管组模型中的流动均匀性有很大的影响,要想使各个支路的流量满足实际工程需要,必须找到一个比较合适的比值;在湍流状态下,为了使各个支管的流量尽量均匀,应尽量减小入口速度. The problem of the uniformity of flow in parallel pipeline model has very wide background. U-distributing and t Z-distributing are classical models we often use.To know the effect of different parameters on uniformity of flow,numerical simulations were eonstruetod.Resuhs show that the ratio of the inlet area and the side-outlet area is a very important parameter.It will affect the uniformity of flow consumedly in parallel pipeline model.To get the best distribution uniformity for real project,an appropriate ratio is required.Under the status of turbulent flow,inlet-velocity should be as slow as possible to get the best uniformity of flow.
