摘要
高校扩大招生规模是适应经济发展的需要 ,对提高国民文化素质、增强劳动技能十分有益。但鉴于生源和高校自身条件的实际 ,须防止高等学历贬值的不良后果。应借鉴发达国家“宽进严出”的方法 ,把好毕业生的质量关 。
Colleges and universities are enlarging the scale of enrollment to fit in with the needs of the economic development.lt will have great benefits in raising Chinas cultural awareness as well as increasing the skills required for the labour market.But in view of the source of students and the realities of school's position,we should minimise the harmful effects of worthless higher diplomas.We should use the same method of “easier entrance and stricter exam marking schemes”as the developed countries for reference,and preserve the quality of the graduates exam marks.Finally,we should develop the qualification talents needed for our society.
