介绍了以废纸为原料生产新闻纸面临的几个问题。重点从废纸来源与质量、新闻纸质量对脱墨浆的要求、脱墨浆生产成本及环保四个方面进行了探讨。
Several important issues including the source and quality of waste paper， requirement of DIP quality， cost and environmental protection of production are faced in waste paper base newsprint production， and great attention must be drawn to it．
