运用栽培技术措施调节白肋烟氮碱比提高其可用性的研究 被引量:18

摘要 对白肋烟的施氮量、打顶时期、留叶数及收获时期进行了田间试验。结果表明 ,氮素施用量与烟碱合成呈显著的正相关关系 ;打顶时期、留叶数和收获时期对烟碱含量高低和氮碱比的影响非常大。实施施氮 187 5~ 2 2 5kg/hm2 、盛花打顶、留叶 2 2~ 2 4片、打顶后 2 0d砍收的配套技术措施 ,可使烟叶烟碱含量适宜、化学成分协调、可用性提高 ,产量。 The field experiments of nitrogen level applied,topping stages,number of leaves left,and harvesting date were conducted.The results showed that nitrogen level was significantly correlated with nicotine contents.Topping stage,number of leaves left and harvesting date greatly influenced the nicotine content and TN/Nic..The suitable nicotine level,chemical components,yields,value and high usability of burley tobacco could be obtained when nitrogen level applied was 187.5-225 kg/ha,topping at full flower stage,22-24 leaves per plant,and stalk cutting at 20 days after topping.
