摘要
分析了机车故障分类和柳州机务段修理周期的变化及故障分布情况 ,对九间隔和六间隔修理周期结构进行了对比 ,指出六间隔修理周期大大减小了修理工作量 。
The locomotive failure category, changes of maintenance intervals and failure distribution situations in Liuzhou Locomotive Depot were analyzed. The maintenance interval structures with 9 and 6 spaces were compared. It was pointed out that the maintenance interval with 6 spaces would reduce maintenance and improve locomotive reliability greatly.
