摘要
探讨了灵芝 (GanodermaLucidum)菌丝体深层液体培养所需的营养条件。结果表明 ,最适碳源单糖为葡萄糖 ,二糖为蔗糖 ,多糖为玉米粉、小麦面粉、麸皮粉或土豆粉 ;最适氮源为硫酸铵、黄豆饼粉、花生饼粉或蛋白胨 ;最佳碳氮比为 (2 3.6~ 31.1)∶1;K+、Mg2 +、P5+、VB1、VB2 是菌丝体生长的必需营养成分 ;碳源、氮源最适浓度组合为玉米粉 5 %、黄豆饼粉 0 .5 6 2 5 %、葡萄糖 5 %、蛋白胨 0 .5 2 6 5 %、蔗糖 5 % ,按此培养基进行培养 ,灵芝菌丝体的产量为 2 8.317g/L。
Nutritional conditions for submerged culturing mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum were studied. The results showed that the most appropriate carbon sources are: monosaccharide is glucose, disaccharide is sucrose, and polysaccharide is corn meal, wheat flour, wheat bran powder and/or potato flour. The adequate C/N ratio is (23.6~31.1) : 1, K++, Mg+{2+}, P+{5+},VB-1,VB-2 are essential for mycelial growth; the most suitable combination of concentrations among carbon and nitrogen sources are 5% of corn meal, 5% of sucrose, 0.5625% soybean cake powder, 0.5625% of peptone. The yield of mycelia cultured in this medium is 28.317g/L.
