摘要
在间歇液相本体法聚丙烯装置上采用CS-1型高效催化剂进行生产的同时,进行CS-2和HDC球形催化剂应用试验,丙烯不需要再精制,结果表明,采用CS-2和HDC球形催化剂的单釜产量达到CS-1型高效催化剂的水平,产品质量符合Q/SHC001-1998要求,聚丙烯颗粒呈球形,加工流动性好,粉尘污染减少。
In batchwise liquid phase bulk polymerization process of PP using CS - 1 high efficiency catalyst, CS - 2 and HDC spherical catalysts were applied to production without further purification of propylene. The results showed that the single reactor productivity of spherical catalysts was of the same level as that of CS-1 catalyst , and that the PP particles using spherical catalysts were of the spherical shape with good processing mobility and less powder pollution and the quality conformed to the standard of Q/SH C001 - 1998.
