HDC球形催化剂在间歇式本体丙烯聚合装置上的工业应用 被引量:2

摘要 介绍石油化工科学研究院研制开发的HDC球形高效催化剂在克拉玛依石油化工厂间歇式液相小本体聚丙烯 2 0kt/a生产装置上进行工业应用的试验情况 ,并与CS 1型、CS 2型、N Ⅰ型及N Ⅲ型高效催化剂进行比较。试验结果表明 ,HDC球形高效催化剂活性高 ,平均每克催化剂可达 5 8kg聚丙烯 ,对丙烯中杂质的适应能力强 ,活性激发温度低达 40~ 45℃ ,反应初期无明显放热高峰 ,反应平稳 ,操作性能良好 ,生产的球形聚丙烯产品为直径 0 .8~ 3mm ,粒径大于 0 .5 5mm的占 88.1% ,力学性能优异 ,有推广价值。 The commercial trial of HDC high activity spherical catalyst developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing was carried out on the batch bulk polypropylene unit of Karamayi Petrochemical Complex. The test result was compared with those of CS 1, CS 2, N Ⅰ and N Ⅲ high activity catalysts. It was found that HDC catalyst had the advantages of a high average activity of 58kg polypropylene per gram catalyst, adaptable to impurities, a lowest activity stimulated temperature of 40℃~45 ℃, without obvious heat release peak at initial reaction stage, and good operating performance. 88.1% of the spherical particle diameters of the polypropylene product was larger than 0.55 mm, and its mechanical property was the best. HDC catalyst has good prospects for wide applications.
