摘要
分析重庆经济的特点 ,研究重庆上市公司的行业、地区分布、资产重组、再融资能力以及股票的二级市场走势等状况 ,揭示重庆上市公司经营的成功经验与不足之处 ,为重庆上市公司的良好发展提出建设性意见。
This paper first analyzes the characteristics of Chongqing's economy, then studies the Chongqing's lists conditions such as occupation distribution, region distribution, property rebuilding situation, the ability of re circulate funds and their stocks' behavior in the market, promulgates their success full experiences and shortages, and finally advances a set of meaningful suggestions to help the lists of Chongqing develop better
