摘要
当前重庆上市公司体制弊端表现为转制不彻底，改革不深入，公司治理结构不完善，国有股虚位，上市公司缺乏有效的产权激励等。体制的问题已成为影响上市公司运营质量及资本市场发展的主要原因，依靠体制创新并与管理创新、技术创新、产品创新的有效结合，是推动重庆资本市场发展的关键所在。
At present, the disadvantages of the Chongqing companies on the stock markets are obvious; the system changes are not complete, the reforms are not profound, the management structures of companies are not perfect, the state-owned property stocks are not exchangeable,the companies rights lack efficient inspiration. The system prob- lems are the main causes for the quality of the companies and the development of capital markets. Depending on the system refreshing, combined with the management, products, and technology refreshment, the development of the capital markets in Chongqing is of vital importance.
