摘要
中国在实现现代化的历史进程中 ,必须重视环境、科技、法制领域的伦理建设。这就需要借鉴古代和世界新的伦理技术 ,并根据中国的国情建立自己的环境伦理、科技伦理、法律伦理的学术思想体系 ,这不仅仅是中国古代人文伦理思想的简单复归 ,而是体现现代不同学科的渗透和结合 ,需要更多的学者长时间研究 ,才能获得创造性的丰硕成果。
It is necessary to pay attention to ethics construction in environmental, scientific, technological, and legal fields. In the historical process of realizing the modernization of China, it is required to use the achievements of traditional Chinese ethics and new ethical technology of the world and build an ideological system of environmental, scientific, technological, and legal ethics with the state conditions of China. This does not mean a simple regression to the ancient Chinese humanistic and ethical tradition. On the contrary, it embodies the interaction and intercourse between different disciplines. Only with a long-term study by more scholars, can the fruitful creative results be achieved.
