摘要
介绍我厂的样件法和半创成法计算机辅助工艺设计系统——J_2CAPP的开发和软件的主要功能。系统按GT原理,利用GT代码把产品设计信息变成指导生产的制造信息。能对85％以上的回转体零件编制工艺规程,已实际运用于生产。可在长城0520及其兼容机IBM—PC上运行,易于推广。
This article describes a kind of computer aided process planning system called J2CAPP, a kind of sampling and semi-creation method and introduces its main functions. Based on the principle of GT , the system turns product design information into manufacture information by using Group Technology codes. The system can at present work out processing procedures for over 85% of rotationary parts and has been used in practical production. The percentage will increase with the expansion and perfection of technology knowledge base. It can work on Great Wall 0520 and its compatible machines. It is liable to be popularized at normal factories.
