摘要
本文介绍了一种用于非回转体零件的计算机辅助工艺过程设计系统CTUCAPP-2.这是一个半创成式系统.用户通过交互方式输入零件的几何信息和加工要求后,系统即能在短时间内自动生成合理的零件加工工艺过程卡,并按规定格式打印输出.文中详细论述了该系统的构成和工作原理.
This paper presents a semi-generative Computer Aided Process Planning system for Non-rotational parts -- CTUCAPP-2. After geometry messages and machining requirements of a part are inputed by interaction between an user and a computer, a reasonable machining process of the part is automatically generated in a short time. The process sheet can be printed in a prescribe format. This paper expounds the system's structure and working principle.
