摘要
用造价只相当于多关节弧焊机器人造价一半的平面关节机器人,进行电弧焊具有较大的经济效益和推广价值。介绍了天津大学在这方面的研究开发,包括机器人的焊接系统的组成,机器人与电焊机的接口,所用的焊接规范,机器人对电弧焊生产的适应性等。应用平面关节机器人实现难度较大的汽车后桥的电弧焊,取得了成功。
This paper introduces to a study and development of applications of an economic plane articulated robot in arc welding completed by. Tianjing University, including the composi tion of robot welding system,the interface of the robot and are weider. the welding specifications used and the adaptability of the robot to arc welding. It has been proved that the arc welding for rear axle of a automobile by means of plane articulated robot is suecessful.
