摘要
【目的】 观察高压氧 (HBO)预处理对宫内缺氧缺血大鼠脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性及丙二醛 (MDA)含量的影响 ,探讨HBO预处理对宫内缺氧缺血大鼠的神经保护作用及机制。 【方法】 给予处理组孕鼠产前HBO预处理 ,临产时建立宫内缺氧缺血模型 ,测定生后 48小时脑组织SOD活性及MDA含量。 【结果】 宫内缺氧缺血大鼠脑组织SOD活性下降 ,MDA含量升高 ,与对照组相比差别显著 (P <0 .0 1)。HBO预处理组与模型组比较SOD活性升高 ,而MDA含量下降 (P <0 .0 1)。 【结论】 HBO预处理能提高、诱发SOD生成和活力 ,对宫内缺氧缺血大鼠脑组织脂质过氧化及自由基清除系统具有有益的调节作用 。
Objective To evaluate effects of pretreatment with hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO) on supperoxid dismutase(SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in brain of hypoxia lschemia rats. Methods The fifteen pregnant sprague dauly rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,One of the groups was pretreated with HBO.The group of hypoxia ischemia (HIG) was induced by Bjelke's method.The levels of SOD and MDA in the pup brain tissues at 48hs after delivery was examined. Results In the pup brain tissues pretreated with HBO,the content of MDA was decreased and activity of SOD in HIG was not significantly inhibited as compared with control group Conclusions HBO has significant positive effects on decrease of MDA content and increase SOD activity in pup rat brain tissue after rat hypoxia ischemic in uterus.HBO is involved in a mechanism for a protection of brain.
