摘要
目的 探讨中西医结合方法对潜艇人员牙周炎治疗的效果。方法 选择１９８例潜艇人员牙周炎患者，按随机数字表法分为西医组和中西医结合组，其中西医组９８例，采用局部洁治，清除龈上、龈下结石，调整咬合，去除刺激因素。牙周袋用３％双氧水反复冲洗，袋内滴入少许碘甘油液，并口服灭滴灵片；中西医结合组按中医辨证施治原则在局部治疗基础上给予口服中药：牙周炎Ｉ号方、Ⅱ号方。结果 中西医结合组总有效率９３％，优于西医组的８０．６％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论 中西医结合治疗潜艇人员牙周炎疗程短，疗效较好，值得临床采用。
Objective To investigate the effects of the combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy of submarines with periodontitis. Methods 198 patients with periodontitis were ran- domly divided into two groups: the combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine group (CTM- WM group ) and the Western medicine group (WM group ). The curative effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of TCM-WM group was significantly higher than that of WM group (P<0.05). Conclusions The combined TCM-WM method is more effective than the WM method alone in treating periodontitis of submariner.
