摘要
目的 探讨中药复方妇痛宁煎剂治疗子宫内膜异位症的免疫学机理。方法 建造SD大鼠EMT模型。 40只大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照、口服中药、口服盐水 4组。并监测各组大鼠血清免疫球蛋白 (IgA、IgG、IgM) ;脾脏T淋巴细胞亚群 (CD3、CD4 、CD8、CD4 /CD8)水平 ;NK细胞、IL - 1、IL - 6活性。结果 妇痛宁能抑制增强的体液免疫反应 ,改善细胞免疫功能 ,提高NK细胞活性 ,降低血清IL - 1、IL - 6的分泌水平。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine Futongning decoction (FTN) on endometriosis (EMT) and ots immunological mechanism.Methods EMT model of SD rats were set up .50 rats were divided into four groups:normal group.EMT model group,FTN group and physiological saline group.The levels of serum IgA,IgG,IgM,and the function of CD 3,CD 4,CD 8,CD 4/CD 8,and the activity of natural killer (NK) cells,and the secreting levels of IL-1,IL-6 in serum were measured.Results FTN suppressed the increased humoral immunereactio in EMT improved the function of cell immunity,enhanced significantly NK activity,and reduced the secreting levels of IL-1,IL-6 in serum.Conclusions FTN can relieve the disturbancesof immune function in EMT.
