摘要
妇痛宁具有活血化瘀、软坚散结之功效,以其治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMT)疗效满意。本文的实验结果表明,妇痛宁能抑制大鼠实验性EMT的异位内膜细胞,尤其是上皮细胞的代谢活动而使异位内膜萎缩,其作用具有高度选择性。本实验首次观察了中药对异位内膜组织形态学,及组织化学的影响,对于探讨中药治疗EMT的机理具有一定学术价值。
Futongning, with the functions of activating blood circulation and softening and resolving hardness, had a satifactory curative effect for Endometriosis (EMT). The experimental result showed: Futongning can inhibit heterotopic endometrial cells of experimental rat, particularly inhibit metabolic activity of epithelial cells thus to wither heteronopic endometria. The'authors also first observed the influence on histomonphology and histochemistry of heterotopic endometria cells in Chinese medicine, which had certain academic value on discussion on mechanism of Endometriosis treated by Chinese medicine.
