摘要
采用硫酸处理生产钕铁硼的工业废料 ,磷酸盐沉淀钕离子使钕铁分离。经碱转化、酸溶解、碳酸铵沉淀得碳酸钕。煅烧得纯度大于 99 0 0 %Nd2 O3。钕总回收率大于 90 0 0 %
By using sulfuric acid to react with the industrial waste from the production of Nd-Fe-B,then using phosphate to precipitate the Nd ion to seperate the Nd from Fe,through alkali transforming,acid dissolving and ammonia carbonate precipitating,the neodymium carbonate is obtained.After roasting it,the Nd 2O 3 with the purity of over 99.00% can be obtained,and the total recovery rate of Ne is more than 90.00%.
