摘要 通过密着性能测试及扫描电镜 (SEM )对搪瓷界面的形貌观察和能谱分析 ,研究了纳米Al2 O3粉末对搪瓷锑钼底釉密着性能的影响。结果表明 ,一定量的 2 0~ 30nmAl2 O3粉末的加入能够提高锑钼底釉的密着性能 。 The effect of nanometer Al 2O 3 powder on the adherence of the Sb-Mo enamel was studied through the adhesive test. Scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy were used to study the microstructure of the enamel-steel interface. The results illustrated that the addition of 20-30nm Al 2O 3 powdr improved the adherence of Sb-Mo enamel to steel. The range of the firing temperature and time was enlarged.
