摘要
本文指出,在锑钼底釉中,只有磨加氧化锑才能起着良好的密着作用,而熔加氧化锑即使高达1.5％以上,仍不能产生良好的密着效果,因而,在锑钼底釉中完全不必熔加Sb_2O_3,只需磨加即可,从而降低原料成本。 本文列出3组实验予以证实上述观点,并从理论上作出了论述。
This paper indicates that in antimony-molybdenum ground coat enamel only by mill adding- antimony oxide can good adhesion be achieved, but by frit-in method even antimony oxide up to 1.5%, good adhesion would not be obtained. So in antimony-molybdenum ground coat enamel, just mill add Sb2O3, thus the costs of raw materials can be reduced.This paper verifies the above viewpoint with three groups of experiments and explains it in terms of theory.
