摘要
介绍大连合成纤维研究所 (集团 )制造的纺丝设备与日本村田公司的No 748C新型卷绕机嫁接 ,生产涤纶FDY的工艺及影响产品质量的因素。控制好GR1和GR2的生头速度 ,调整好丝路和卷绕角 ,选择合适的热辊温度等 ,纺制出FDY的一等品率达 94%以上。
The spinning equipment made in Dalian Synthetic Fiber Research Institute were grafted with No.748C take up machine made in Murata. The polyester FDY production process and the factors had effect on the product quality were introduced . Controlling the making up speed of GRl and GR2, adjusting the yarn path and angle of wind, selecting the optimum hot roll temperature etc, FDY first grade percentage of product can reach 94 %.
