摘要
张力控制系统是村田加弹机的重要组成部分,它大大方便了弹力丝生产状况的掌握和纱线品质的控制,为查找问题和解决问题提供了依据。本文在分析了张力控制系统工作原理的基础上,解析了几个重要参数的设定,并对张力异常、阀开频繁、张力峰产生以及僵丝出现等几个常见问题进行了分析,提出了解决的方法。
Tension control system is an important part of muratec drawing-texturing machine. It is greatly convenient to hold the production situation, control the yarn quality, and solve occurring problem. In this paper the working principle of the tension control system was first introduced, and several main parameters were analyzed, then several constant problems, such as tension abnormity, valve-on time, tension apex and stiff yarn, were discussed and the troubleshooting was put forward.
