摘要
初步建立了柽柳 ( Tamarix chinensis L our )一次成苗的组培技术 ,嫩枝在 MS+Kt 3 .0 mg· L- 1上经过 50 d可得到完整植株 ,但 MS+BA 1 .0 mg· L- 1更适于增殖 .并讨论了激素对于柽柳增殖和生根的影响 .
A-step-plantlet culture method was established of Tamarix chinensis Lour in vitro. The whole plnatlet would obtained after 50 days on MS+Kt 3.0 mg·L -1 from scion. But MS+BA 1.0 mg·L -1 was better for multiplication. And the influences of hormones on propagation and rooting were discussed.
