摘要
先取柽柳嫩茎接种于诱导培养基上诱导出丛生芽,再取柽柳嫩茎和丛生芽同时接种在含有不同浓度NAA的MS培养基上分化生根。结果表明:添加0.01 mg.L-1NAA的MS培养基适宜柽柳嫩茎生根;添加0.05 mg.L-1NAA的MS培养基适宜丛生芽生根。其中,由柽柳嫩茎产生的试管苗生长旺盛,根系发达,移栽成活率高,是一种较好的快速繁殖途径。
The immature stems of Tamarix chinensis Lour were transferred to MS medium for differentiating duster buds. The immature stems and cluster buds were transferred to MS medium supplemented with different concentration levels of NAA for inducing roots. The results showed that: MS+ NAA 0.05 mg·L^-1 was the ideal rooting medium for cluster buds;MS+ NAA 0.01 mg· L^-1 was the reasonable rooting medium for immature stems. The seddlings from immature stems grew vigorously and had strong root system and high transplantation survival ratio, so the better rapid propagation method of Tarnarix chinensis Lour was that the seedlings were obtained from immature stems when they were transferred to MS medium supplemented with NAA 0.01 mg·L^- 1
