摘要
用立式硅碳管炉进行羟基磷灰石 (简称 HAP)陶瓷的常压烧结试验 ,探讨了生坯成型压力与生坯密度和烧结体密度的关系 ,以及烧结温度 ,恒温时间对烧结程度的影响 .找出最适宜的生坯成型压力是 30 0 MPa,最佳温度是 1 30 0℃ ,最佳烧结恒温时间是 4 h.在最佳烧结条件下烧结的 HAP陶瓷 ,烧结密度达 2 .81 g/cm3,相对密度达 89% .SEM照片显示为紧密排列的六边形晶粒的集合体 .XRD图谱显示主晶相为 HAP,含少量的 α TCP.在高温箱式硅碳棒炉和硅钼棒炉中烧结的 HAP陶瓷大圆片 ,用三点法测得其抗弯强度分别为59.89MPa和 58.1
WT5,5”BZ]Hydroxyapatite(HAP) ceramic was sintered in a vertical pipefurnace with silicon carbide.The relation between sintered density and proceeding conditions was studied.The appropriate conditions were shown:The green tablets were shaped under 300 MPa uniaxially and sintered up to 1 300 ℃ then kept at that temperature for 4 hours.The sintered density of HAP ceramics was 2.81 g/cm 3(relative density 89%).Under the conditions as above,the bending strength of two batch of HAP ceramics sintered in the box furnace was 59.89 MPa and 58.16 MPa respectively by three point testing.
