直廊环面蜗轮副是一种很好的传动副。本文结合工艺实践探讨了直廊环面蜗杆切刀的设计和刃磨以及蜗杆齿形的精切工艺。
Worm gearing with straight profile hour-glass worm is a prominent drive. In this article, combining with technological Practice, the design and the sharpening of the cutter for hourglass worm with straight profile, and the finishing cutting technology of worm profile are discussed.
