摘要
分析了直廓环面蜗轮滚刀研制的难点，指出了滚刀设计中某些理论不足之处，提出了独到的滚刀结构和参数设计及行之有效地解决上述难点的方案，在滚齿机上铲制可重磨多头直廓环面蜗轮滚刀。
The paper analyzes the difficult in developing the hindley-worm hobbing cutter,and pointsout the deficiency in some concept of hobbing cutter design. It advances an original hob structre and parameter design,and poses a plan of solving the difficult point above. The multipIe worm hopping cutter which can be reground,is backed-off by hobber.
