细菌感染引起大鼠气道炎症的特征

摘要 为探讨细菌感染引起大鼠气道炎症的特征 ,用鼻腔注入、反复感染肺炎克雷伯杆菌建立大鼠气道炎症模型。结果在炎症反应中 ,TNF- α含量增高出现较早且与炎症病变平行。炎性细胞开始为中性粒细胞 ,随后出现 T淋巴细胞尤其是 CD8细胞及树突细胞增多。提示在上述气道炎症过程中 ,T淋巴细胞尤其是 CD8细胞起重要作用 ,而树突细胞能激活 T淋巴细胞 ,TNF- α是中性粒细胞和 T淋巴细胞在气道聚集和活化的重要因素。 To explore the character of rat airway inflammation induced by bacteria infection, a rat airway inflammation model was established by repeatedly intranasal infection of klebsiella Pneumoniae The results were showed that: in the inflammation process, the TNF α content was increased early and parallel to inflammatory changes, Inflammatory cells were neutrophils at beginning followed by increased T lymphocytes (especially CD8 cells) and dendritic cells It was suggested that in the process of airway inflammation, T lymphocytes (especially CD8 cells) played an important role, whereas dendritic cells could activate T lymphocytes TNF α is a important factor promoting collection and activation of neutrophils and T lymphocytes
