摘要
目的 :了解免疫平衡调理剂对小鼠的抗疲劳效果。方法 :选用昆明种小鼠 ,设免疫平衡调理剂低、中、高 (1.7、5 .0、10 0ml/kg) 3个剂量组和 1个空白对照组 ,分别观察小鼠游泳试验及生化指标 (血清尿素氮、乳酸、肝糖原 )。 结果 :各受试物组小鼠负重游泳时间均比对照组延长 ,尤以中、高剂量组明显 (P <0 .0 1)。各受试物组血中尿素氮均低于对照组 ,但以高剂量组与之差异明显 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,各剂量受试物组血乳酸含量均低于对照组 ,尤以中、高剂量组差异具极显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。各受试物组小鼠的肝糖原均高于对照组 ,中、高剂量组与之对照的差异为显著及极显著 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,生化指标与疲劳试验的结果相符。结论 :免疫平衡调理剂具有明显的抗疲劳作用。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of Immune-balancing Regulator on the action of anti-fatigue. Methods:KunMing mice were randomly divided into four groups, the low, middle and high dosage groups as well as the control group. All the mice were experimented with swimming test and their various biochemistry indexes were observed. Results:All tested groups survived longer than the control during swimming test. There was significant difference among the high, middle dosage and the control (P<0.01). The serum urea nitrogen and lactic acid of all tested groups were lower than that of the control. There was significant difference between the high dosage and the control (P<0.05). The serum lactic acid of all tested groups was lower than that of the control. There was significant difference among the high, middle dosage and the control (P<0.01). The hepatic glycogen of all tested groups was higher than that of the control. There was significant difference among the high, middle dosage and the control (P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively). Conclusion:Immune-balancing Regulator is efficient on the action of anti-fatigue.
