摘要
本试验研究热应激(32℃ ,24h、5×24h)对肉鸡组织过氧化状态的影响。结果表明 ,与对照组相比短期高温应激处理(32℃、24h)使血浆和肝脏中脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量显著升高(P<0.05) ,而对其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性无显著影响(P>0.05) ;对肾脏组织中SOD酶活性与LPO含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。随高温处理时间的延长(5天) ,肝脏(P<0.05)与血浆(P>0.05)SOD酶活性呈升高趋势 ,与此同时肝脏与血浆LPO水平降至正常水平 ;而肾脏SOD酶活性显著降低(P<0.01) ,但LPO含量无显著变化(P>0.05)。上述结果表明短期应激时 ,体内部分组织发生了过氧化现象 ,随处理时间的延长 ,这一现象消失 。
The peroxidation in tissues was estimated in broilers under acute or chronic heat stress(32℃,24h,5×24h).The results showed that the lipid peroxide(LPO)concentrations in plasma and liver were elevated(P<0.05),but that in kidney was not influenced(P>0.05) by acute heat stress.The superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in liver,kidney or plasma was not changed by acute heat stress.Under chronic heat stress,the SOD activity in liver increased(P<0.05) and the LOP concentration in liver and plasma restored to normal levels.The LPO level in kidney was not affected by chronic heat stress(P>0.05),but SOD activity significantly decreased(P<0.01).The results suggest the peroxidation be induced by acute heat stress.
