VC、VE联用对被动吸烟小鼠脂质过氧化物的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究小鼠被动吸烟对脂质过氧化物(LPO)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响和VC、VE联合拮抗作用。方法:各处理组小鼠预先喂不同剂量VC、VE后再连续被动吸烟6h/d,30d后与对照组一同处死,测血清SOD活力、肺、脑组织中LPO含量。结果:被动吸烟可致小鼠肺脑组织中LPO含量增高、SOD活性下降。当预先给予VC可使肺组织中LPO含量下降,脑组织中较大剂量(40mg·kg-1·d-1)可发挥作用。预先给予VE对抑制脑组织中LPO生成作用较好。高剂量优于低剂量。VC、VE联用,抑制作用明显优于单独作用组。结论:VC。 Objective:This study is to observe the effects of cigarette smoking on lipid peroxidation(LPO) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in mice and antagonistic effect of VC and VE treatment in combination.Methods:The mice in various groups were fed with different dosages of VC or VE in advance then passively smoked 6 h/d.After 30 days,the mice and the mice in control group were all killed and SOD activity in serum and LPO in lung and brain were determined.Results:Cigarette smoking increased LPO in lungs and brain of mice whereas reduce the SOD activity of serum;in mice fed with VC in advance,the dosage of 20 mg·kg-1·d-1 could reduce LPO in lungs,but the dosage of 40 mg·kg-1·d-1 was needed to reduce LPO in brain.VE fed to mice in advance also exhibited a good prevention of LPO increase in brain,especially with high dosage is better than low dosage.Conclusions:VC and VE in combination exhibit a good prevention in LPO increasing and protection of SOD activity on cigarette smoking mice.
